Visa Types

Business Visa

There are two Types of Business immigration Visa which are subclass 188 and 132.

Subclass 188: Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188)

Subclass 188: Business Innovation & Investment Subclass 188 visas are for investors and business owners who wish to establish business operations in Australia. The visa is valid for 4 years. There a five streams which are 188A,188B,188C, 188D and 188E, each steam has the specific requirement.
Basic requirement:

To be eligible to apply for a Business Innovation and Investment visa, applicants are required to:

  • Has a genuine intention to undertake and continue to undertake a complying entrepreneur activity.
  • Under the age of 55
  • Pass the mark in the business innovation and investment point business innovation and investment point (currently 65)
  • Have an overall successful career in business

Subclass 132: Business Talent Visa: for people with the ownership interests in the large businesses and have the access to venture capital funding in the certain amount.
Basic requirement:

To be eligible to apply for a Business Talent visa, applicants are required to:

  • Certain of net asset
  • ave an overall successful business background
  • Under the age of 55
  • Have the certain amount of venture capital funding agreement through Australia Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL)

Student Visa

The Australian Student visa program provides international students the opportunity to study in Australia at all levels of education, including primary, secondary, tertiary, postgraduate, vocational and non-award courses. The student visa also allows dependent family members of the Applicant to accompany him/her to Australia during this period. The spouse of dependent of the Applicant can study in the country for up to three months only. If the dependent wish to study more than three months he/she must apply for a separate visa.

To be eligible for a student visa, the Applicant must be accepted into an institution and course recognised by the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
Basic Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Student visa, applicants are required to:

  • Be enrolled in a registered higher education course
  • Have adequate English ability
  • Have enough financial support during the period of stay in Australia
  • Have overseas student health insurance cover for the duration of the study

Student Guardian visa (subclass 590)

This visa allows you to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student less than 18 years old who are studying in Australia on a student visa.
Basic Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Student Guardian visa, applicants are required to:

  • Be a parent or person who has custody of the student, or a relative who is 21 years or older and has been nominated in writing by a parent or someone who has custody of the student
  • Not bring family members younger than 6 years of age, except under certain circumstances
  • Be able to provide accommodation, general welfare and other support to the student unless

Temporary Graduate Visa

Temporary Graduate (Subclass 485)

A visa that allows eligible international students who have completed an Australian education to stay in Australia to gain work experience. Visa holders can work in Australia for a period of 18 months and up to 4 years, depending on your qualification and circumstance. This visa does not restrict the type of work applicant may do or the number of hours they may work.
Basic Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Temporary Graduate visa, applicants are required to:

  • Applications for this visa must be made in Australia and you must hold an eligible student visa in the last 6 months.
  • Must meet Australian study, English proficiency, health insurance, health and character requirements.
  • Must meet the specific requirements of the stream in which the Applicant is applying for.

Spouse (Partner) Visa

Partner Visa (subclass 820 and 810): this visa will let your spouse or de facto partner live and work in Australia.
Basic requirements
To be eligible to apply for Partner Visa, applicants are required to:

  • Be Married or be in a genuine de facto relationship with a Australia citizen
  • Be Married or be in a genuine de facto relationship Australia permanent resident
  • Be Married or be in a genuine de facto relationship with New Zealand citizen
  • you must be in Australia when you apply for this Visa

Visitor Visa

Visitor Visa (Subclass 600): this Visa let you visit or for business visitor purpose for up three, six or 12 months.
Basic Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Visitor visa, applicants are required to:

  • An genuine visitor
  • An genuine business visitor
  • To visit the family
